We've always known it, but now the science agrees: You must take time for your own mental health. Our classes help you clear your mind, accomplish your goals, and be more healthy, from the inside out.
It's more than just learning awesome looking moves — it's proprioception, balance, agility and more — physical skills that will remain with and benefit you for the rest of your life.
Knowledge Base
New to martial arts? Here is everything you need to know about starting your journey with us.
We offer classes for ages 4 and up: Kids Taekwondo (ages 4-8), Teen Taekwondo (ages 9-15), and Adult Self Defense (ages 13+).
No prior experience is required! We welcome complete beginners as well as experienced martial artists looking to continue their journey.
Comfortable athletic wear is perfect for your first class. Once you decide to continue, we will help you get the right uniform and gear.
We recommend attending at least two classes per week for steady improvement. Consistent training helps students advance through belt levels and build lasting skills.
At JKMA, we believe in a slow, patient, and foundational approach to martial arts. Master Jeon takes the time to ensure each student truly masters the fundamentals before progressing — building not just martial arts skills, but life skills like discipline, respect, and perseverance.

We are open Monday through Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and Thursday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
